Based in Australia with resources in several Asian countries and the US, CC&C has trained more than 5000 people worldwide for TOGAF certification.
- Clarus Group offers technology solutions and business architecture services to federal, state and municipal agencies in the US, as well as businesses, in EA, business process management, data architecture and governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
- Softtek offers consulting services in application software development, security, business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT infrastructure management to more than 300 corporations in 20 plus countries. It is the largest private IT vendor in Latin America, with some 10,000 employees.
MEGA’s HOPEX solutions aid companies in their digital transformation journey by providing a united view of the business, its strategies, assets, processes and risks. These solutions help eliminate silos of information so that executives can make decisions that lead to business transformation.
“These distinguished partners will help us offer an even greater level of service to companies worldwide, especially in growing markets,” explained Lucio de Risi, CEO, MEGA. “They join 34 MEGA distribution, solution and technology partners in more than 50 countries worldwide in providing expert assistance to our Global 1000 customers.”
Softtek and MEGA will collaborate on sales and delivery of professional services in application development, business process, IT mergers, GRC and more. EA is the shared foundation for this partnership because the benefits from EA programs are proven to help companies succeed in transformation projects.
“The new digital marketplace is driving an unprecedented need for organizations to transform,” said Marcos Jimenez, CEO for Softtek USA and Canada. “Our partnership with MEGA will further strengthen Softtek’s IT Transformation offering to guide organizations towards the transformation into bimodal enterprises, enabling them to respond to market and environmental changes with grace.”
Clarus and MEGA will team to provide professional services on large EA and GRC projects for government agencies and businesses, offering expertise to define enterprise architectures, implement specific solutions and measure business performance.
“Government agencies and enterprises alike continuously seek the best technology solutions to improve their performance to serve customers. This partnership with MEGA will offer organizations an opportunity to adopt EA and GRC solutions from an industry leader and benefit from our years of expertise in helping our clients use technology to reach their goals,” declared Brian Crews, CEO, Clarus.
CC&C and MEGA will focus on TOGAF certification training on MEGA’s software solutions and EA startup consulting. MEGA selected CC&C as a partner because of their expertise in EA training, business transformation, program development and a depth of understanding of MEGA’s software solutions. With this partnership, companies will be able to earn TOGAF certification based on MEGA’s products and use CC&C consulting help to launch or improve the maturity of their EA practices.
“Our experience in providing high-quality, certified training will offer MEGA’s large customer base a unique option for hands-on TOGAF training using the MEGA products,” noted Michael Fulton, president, Americas Division, CC&C. “The unique combination of MEGA and TOGAF gives organizations a great head start with their enterprise EA initiatives, especially in the skills and capability building phase.”
